Pricing
No gimmicks. The fee is a share of the first year of tax savings.
Fees
A small administrative fee is charged at the outset and then subtracted from the final fee. Think of it the way you think of a plumber’s service call.

At The Outset
Fee terms as published by Karas Property Tax. Refunds are offered in very few cases and no result is guaranteed.
Why Contingency
There is no flat fee here on purpose. A contingency fee puts both parties on the same goal: the more we save you, the higher the invoice. Every case is different, so there are no guaranteed results, and no case is taken on that does not deserve to be filed.
It specifies the tax year. Appealing is at your discretion, and taking the case is at ours.
Nothing is invoiced until official results are posted by the assessor or the Board of Review.
If taxes are escrowed with your mortgage, a reduction still changes the escrow math. We explain what to expect.
Where To Start
